The company's products include natural gas, condensate gas, propane, butane, naphtha and sulfur. Mellitah Oil’s services include drilling, offshore field management and geological monitoring and management of Regional geology and reservoir services. It operates various onshore and offshore projects including Abu Attifel Field, Sabratha Platform, Wafa Field, Bouri Field, Mellitah Complex and El Feel Field. The WPP project comprises two distinct packages. The first is implemented in the desert at Wafa, about 500 km South-West of Tripoliwhere oil and gas are separated and the gas treated to sales grade, and the second in the coastal area, at Mellitah, about 100 km west of Tripoli on the Mediterranean coast; in addition to the liquid separation process plants, the coastal plant includes utility’s generation units, jetty and marine works for the entire Wester Lybia Gas Project (WLGP) as well as the general facilities at the complex and a village for workers.

Desert (Wafa)

• Well site, gathering and arrival facilities,

• 2 stabilised oil buffer tanks -250,000 bbl each
• 2 stabilised oil main tanks -600,000 bbl each
• 2 propane tanks 30,000 bbl each
• 2 butane tanks   27,000 bbl each

• Jetty and ship-loading facilities.

Production capacity

 Expected production levels are the following:

• Sales gas : 4.44 BSCM/Y (~ 10 BSCM/Y including NC-41)
• Liquid products : 60,600 bbl/d stabilized oil
• 13,200 bbl/d liquid propane
• 7,700 bbl/d liquid butane
