ENiCr3 T1-1/T1-4 Flux Core Wire (Alloy® 82T-1)
Specification
ENiCr3T1-1/T1-4 are used to join carbon steels to nickel alloys and for the surfacing of carbon steels. Alloy 82T-1 shows good immunity to pitting and stress corrosion cracking in chloride-contaminated environments. This alloy is most suitable for use in cryogenic and elevated temperatures up to 1450°F. Due to the high deposition rates, it provides high-quality welds with a good appearance. The high welding speed and portability of this welding method means that it is widely used in construction.
