Description

Device Characteristics/Functional features

The reach of the manipulator is almost 2 m. The robot's large workspace, combined with high speed and almost perfect precision, is ideal for complex welding work. The robot can be floor or ceiling-mounted to provide better reach. The seams made by the CRP-RH20-10-W robot are durable and at the same time have excellent external characteristics.

The robot is easily integrated into welding automation systems thanks to its ultra-flexible welding cable and built-in dual-circuit gas tube. The inner diameter of the middle hole allows the installation of liquid- or gas-cooled welding torches with equal ease.

A three-phase transformer with 380V and 200V insulation provides stable power to the robot during operation. The three-phase filter significantly increases the electromagnetic compatibility of the device when operating in various electrical networks.

To increase safety, the CRP-RH20-10-W welding robot is equipped with an emergency stop system. The dual-circuit system includes an emergency stop safety board and a protective relay circuit and operates independently of the main controller. The system guarantees reliable operation in any situation. Also, consider the great graphics of the monitor on-board as shown in the following figure below
