0 - 36V Programmable Laboratory Power Supply

The reason for the development of any amateur radio design is the emerging need for a particular device. So it is this time. For a long time now I have been in dire need of a regulated laboratory power source.

It is a work with very advanced features compared to the previously shared digital power supply projects. The circuit based on the programmable power supply STM32F100C8T6B has a detailed structure with a mixture of analog and digital, all source code, pcb, etc. including panel design. Sharing everything will be very useful for different projects.

  • Programmable laboratory power supply is a stabilized power supply with adjustable output voltage and adjustable current limiting output. It can be used in laboratory work, as a source for power electronics during the circuit development process, or as part of various equipment tests.

Digital Power Supply

PC software exe prepared in C++. and there are source code files. Displaying voltage and current information via USB interface, calibration, protection, voltage and current adjustment with 10 programs, etc. operations can be done. For more details see FIgure below

Laboratory power supply (power supply unit, PSU) PSL-3604 is a stabilized power supply with adjustable output voltage and adjustable output current limitation. The source is completely linear, which ensures low noise and ripple output voltage, as well as good dynamic characteristics. A distinctive feature is the almost complete absence of output capacitance, which guarantees the absence of parasitic current surges during complex load behavior. To reduce power dissipation, an output stage with multi-level power supply and a synchronous rectifier are used. The source has a high output voltage stabilization coefficient and high temperature stability, which allows it to be used for precision measurements. USB control allows the source to be integrated into automated measurement systems.

The first version requires the modification of some points of the PCB as in the PDF attached here and STM32 ISSUE
