1004 Series Hammer Union

1004 union Series is designed to work at the following pressures: Standard service: 10.000 psi cwp (690 bar), Sour gas service: 7.500 psi cwp (517 bar). Butt Weld Unions that utilize lip type elastomer seals similar to those fitted into the smaller unions.

Features: Unique identification for sour gas unions.
Three lug nuts and self-locking ACME threads provide quick make-up and break-out. The spherical surface male sub and angular surface female sub form a metal-to-metal seal, the ball and tangent provides a perfect seal.
