The Yokogawa EJX630A is a high-performance gauge pressure transmitter that utilizes a DPharp digital sensor to measure liquid, gas, or steam pressure. The sensor features two single-crystal silicon resonators that vibrate at their natural frequencies. When pressure is applied, one resonator experiences tension while the other experiences compression, and this change is detected and converted into a 4-20 mA DC signal.
