Fuji Electric FKPT03V6-2LCYY-YL Pressure Transmitter 

The Fuji Electric FKP gauge pressure transmitter utilizes a silicon micro-capacitive sensor and digital signal processing to accurately measure pressure relative to atmospheric pressure. The pressure being measured is applied to a diaphragm, which deforms and transmits the pressure to the sensor. This deformation changes the capacitance of the sensor, which is then converted into a 4-20 mA electrical output signal.
