Let's say that this is one of the most interesting parts of this machine, the Die Head. It consists of an automatic release clutch when the thread is complete, thanks to Spacer Head Assy., which was previously calibrated by the collar of the fitting. For more details, see manual here

Recommendations

1. This machine contains exposed moving parts. Operating personnel should use caution not to place hands and fingers into moving parts such as the die head and the cutter blades. Operating personnel should also use caution and not wear loose clothing and/or jewelry that may become tangled in the machinery. The belt guard and control box covers must be in place at all times and are only to be removed by qualified service personnel with the power cord disconnected.
2. Operating personnel shall wear eye protection at all times while operating this machine.
3. When changing tooling or servicing the machine, unplug the power cord. In the event that either the motor or the pump becomes stalled, unplug the power cord immediately to avoid the hazard of electrical fire or damage to the components.
4. When using the threading tool, Prevent feedwheel from rotating or moving into the cutter assembly when not in use by securing the feedwheel with the chained hook.
5. Before installing the chasers, ensure the blades are clean and free of burrs that could scratch the machine parts. Push chasers into the matching numbered slots until there is a slight click indicating the chaser is seated correctly. Chaser spring plungers prevent chasers from falling out.
