Like all belts, also this type requires periodic replacement, especially when the machine works for a long time.

 Recommendations

1. Never replace the belt or open the cover protection if not before removing the power supply.
2. Always install the original belt to avoid any overheating.
3. Never work without the belt protective cover.
4. The belt must be replaced by specialized personnel. Before installing a new belt must be verify if the bushings between the motor and gearbox are fine without any extra friction.

This machine contains exposed moving parts. Operating personnel should use caution not to place hands and fingers into moving parts such as the die head and the cutter blades. Operating personnel should also use caution and not wear loose clothing and/or jewelry that may become tangled in the machinery. The belt guard and control box covers must be in place at all times and are only to be removed by qualified service personnel with the power cord disconnected.
