 Recommendations

1. Always install the tools with the machine turned off.
2. Always use the tool according to the pipe model.
3. During cone activity, always ensure that there is sufficient oil lubrication.
4. During cone activity, rotate the handwheel gently to avoid damaging the blades, especially when the tubing is Inconel.
5. During cone activity, always protect your eyes from any flying debris.
6. During machine running, never leave the handwheel while cutting. The handwheel turns (depending on the tubing model) must be accompanied by hand until all turns are complete. Upon completion of turns, fix the handwheel with the appropriate hook. If the handwheel is not fixed, the handwheel itself will continue to turn until the head of the cutter arrives at the end, resulting in the machine getting damaged.
   
7. Proper circulation of the cutting oil throughout the machine is critical and depending on the ambient temperature it may be necessary to allow time for the oil to warm up enough to circulate freely. Do not perform coning or threading operations until oil flows from the tubes.
8. This machine is designed to be operated under clean and dry conditions. Operating environment temperatures should not be below 32°F (0°C) or greater than 100°F (38°C).
